In 1997 Mark Neyer owner of Neyer Detective was trained at a detective academy in the North Bay. We have been a licensed since 2002 with current licenses and insurance. We continue to work on high profile civil, corporate and criminal cases in California.

Rest assured we confidently produce a better surveillance and investigative product than most of our competition. Our closest associates and colleagues have come from a wide verity of law enforcement agencies. In the past 11 years Mr. Neyer has worked alone on hundreds of surveillance missions and has accumulated over 15,000 hours in the field. Our competition typically uses 2 to 6 surveillance investigators. We are rarely observed and/or confronted while producing the evidence expected from clients!

We utilize a wide variety of investigative techniques while incorporating our counter-surveillance abilities, forethought, hindsight, heightened awareness and an arsenal of state-of-the-art equipment with discreet professional surveillance vehicles, typically without detection. A variety of attire allows us to obtain film and evidence needed to resolve suspicions.

Our five types of background screenings are: caregiver screening, date screening, nanny screening, pre-employment screening and tenant screening. Through our data providers and experience, we will give you verified information on your prospective employees. With our national consortium of investigators, we will complete your due diligence screening in a timely cost-efficient manner. We are a member of (NAPBS) National Association of Professional Background Screeners. We also comply with all the EEOC, ADA, FTC and FCRA guidelines set forth in compliance with State, Local and Federal Laws.
