Process Service

We understand our clients' needs and take a considerable amount of time to understand the constraints of performing the service of process. In addition, we can file the documents at the court house if needed. It is clear the documents will be provided in a time efficient manner. Our process service is limited to California in most of the counties. If we cannot serve your process, we will recommend a reputable service company so as you can finalize the matter.

For service of process rates are $55.00 per hour plus $0.55 per mile, our immediate response rate is $75.00 per hour from the time we leave the office until our return. Our surveillance and service rate is $65.00 per hour plus $0.55 per mile. As a licensed investigator and not a process service company, there are a couple of items which we cannot serve: Writs, bank levies or pre-judgments.

Occasionally there are difficult services where a surveillance or stake out is needed to complete the process service. Having a vast history of surveillance gives us an advantage to this type of mission. Occasionally there are full days of surveillance needed or even days on the more difficult process services. A neighboring canvass might reveal some vital information which can facilitate the mission.
